If you decide Reddy Tutors is the right fit, we'll ask you to complete a brief "New Student Form" to help us tailor our support, and then we'll be ready to get rolling!

How does scheduling work?

Once matched with your dedicated tutor, scheduling is flexible and convenient. You and your tutor directly coordinate via email to find session times that best fit your schedules.

Where is progress tracked?

After your first session, your tutor will set up a dedicated Notion page that tracks your session scheduling, meeting notes, and assigned homework.

How does payment work?

To ensure seamless scheduling and commitment, we require purchase of packages prior to sessions. For your records and convenience, we will provide an invoice by the first of each month for services rendered.

What if I’m unhappy with the service I received?

Your satisfaction is important. If you're ever unhappy with the service you receive, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We're committed to finding a fair resolution and, given valid reasons, we will provide a refund.

Can I be matched with a different tutor?

We strive to make the best match from the start. However, we understand that sometimes a different approach might be needed. If you feel your current tutor isn't the right fit, please reach out to us privately to discuss your concerns. We'll do our best to understand your needs and explore options for a more suitable match, ensuring your learning experience is as effective as possible.

Cancellation policy

We understand that schedules can change. To avoid being billed for a missed session, please email your tutor to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed as a missed session.
